The Xarpa-31 is an automatic clipping machine that makes bags out of tubular net, either knitted net (soft net) or extruded net (vexar). The Xarpa-31 is designed to handle weights from 1/2 to 10 pounds. Production rates vary depending on the product and the pack weight. • Characteristics: The travel of the tube is adjustable in order to feed a precise length of net. As an option for special situations, it is possible to fit a device to recuperate any excess of delivery of net - for bags between 250 g. and 5 kg. • Production Rate: Maximum rate up to 45 cycles per minute. The real production rate varies according to the type of weighing machine used and the type of work to be done. Some examples for the PA-25 weighing machine are as follows: 1 kg. of onions - 40 bags/minute,  2 kg. of potatoes - 35 bags/minute • Labeling System: Attachment of labels pre-printed on one side. Printing of the thermo sensible reverse side with variable data and bar code. “Wine glass” labels in sizes 160 x 40 x 12 mm. and 120 x 40 x 12 mm. Optional device to support a bobbin of pre-printed tape (Bolduc type or other material).
