Checkweigher will eject over and underweight cartons or RPCs to holding area. Then operator can add or subtract produce as necessary and reintroduce container to checkweigher. Features • Automatic box infeed and output with reject system. • Operator weight adjustment station includes digital scale. • Checkweigher has digital scale with PLC control.

ProCheck Checkweigher and RPC Filler

The ProCheck Checkweigher and RPC Filler will checkweigh each bag and fill ech RPC automatically. No attendant needed. Any bags found either over tolerance or under tolerance will also be ejected automatically.
